About Find My Match

Find My Match is a PA matching service and register provides a way for both employers to find suitable PA's, and for PA's to find work.

EMPLOYERS:

There are 2 ways for employers to find suitable PA's:

  • A search function displays a list of PA's which can be filtered by distance from home, type of contract, hours offered, qualifications needed and salary.
  • A matching service requires the employer to have completed a requirements questionnaire. The employer's requirements are matched against the PA's offerings to return a list of suitable PA's with the best match listed first. The employer can edit their requirements questionnaire at any time.

Selecting a PA from the results list allows the employer to contact the PA for an interview.

PERSONAL ASSISTANTS

Personal Assistants looking for work can use the service free of charge.

There are 2 ways for PA's to find employers:

  • A search function displays a list of employers which can be filtered by distance from home, type of contract, hours offered, qualifications needed and salary.
  • A matching service requires the PA to have completed a requirements questionnaire. The PA's requirements against the employer's requirements to return a list of suitable employers with the best match listed first. The PA can edit their requirements questionnaire at any time.

Selecting an employer from the results list allows the PA to contact WECIL for WECIL managed job offers, or the employer for non-WECIL managed job offers.
